I am a professionally certified and experienced Traditional Thai Massage and energetic bodywork practitioner. I've been doing mindfulness, massage, and healing work for over a decade.

Traditional Thai massage is a set of ancient healing techniques that uses acupressure, energy work through lines called sen (similar to meridians in Chinese medicine), and assisted yoga poses. Thai massage is usually performed on the floor on soft mats or bedding, not on a table. Imagine someone doing yoga for you. I incorporate Reiki and energy work throughout.

My goal is for you to have a positive, enjoyable, and pleasurable experience. I like to hear your needs and preferences, and answer all your questions before we begin.

I like to give the body slow, gentle, persistent, and expansive pleasure. I aim to settle the mind and create positive and nurturing emotions.
