Though each experience is unique, a session can be:

- An initiation into conscious sexuality and tantra; into being present whatever truth arises in the moment through observing sensations in the body, dropping fully into experience and stepping away from the goal-orientated way in which most of us approach our lives and our sexual energy

- An opportunity to shift energies that are stuck in the body and causing emotional/physical dis-ease

- An embodied merging of the sex, heart and spirit, leading to deeper, more loving and and fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others

- A ritualistic honouring of the sexuality as being a sacred part of the human, thereby eliminating conditioned beliefs, shame and inhibition

- A journey of deep meditation and relaxation on all levels of being

- An embodied learning of techniques that can be brought into your relationships

- A chance to change the vibration of your own energy body, so that you begin to attract different kinds of people and situations into your life

- An opportunity to know yourself on a deeper level.
