Simplify the issue: you want sex and massage, you want a young girl from which country and where, and I will share the best available girls currently working.
If it's an out-call, the girl will usually be wearing an abaya or modest clothing to ensure she doesn't disturb your neighbors. When you meet her, talk to her; most girls are very good at English. If you feel okay with it, pay; otherwise, cancel. The girls understand, and this is normal and nothing to worry about.

As for in-call, you come and get to choose. Who knows, you might even meet and be served by a girl even better than the picture...
