We also do many businesses but never ill treat any customer or client for not getting businesses. We never call anyone "a time passer". Every day we receive the same customer but hardly they buy. We don't call them as time passers but our future customers. Everyone has his own right and will to choose and buy what he wants and when. Nobody can force them nor yell at them. It applies to all.
It is my right to meet with you, if I like. The same way, it is your right to meet with me, provided you like.
When you go to a shop, if the shop owner is asking you, "are you buying or not". Will you go to the shop again? Be professional and Don't force yourself on others.
We get a thousand visitors in our shop but only a hundred will buy but we still politely answer and encourage others. We never call others as time passers.
Lastly, think many times before sending any harsh, rude message to anyone or calling anyone by names.
I follow ethics and rules when I deal with my customers and clients even when someone is rude and bad with us. It is better to be straight, polite and professional to all, irrespective of any customer.
Most of the good customers will think, delay their decision to come to us after checking out credentials from all sources. Never underestimate anyone . Good and bad people are everywhere in this world.
