– 1 Feb 2026Girl showed up late, did not bring ID (I had to go down to pick her), did not bring nuru gel/container, did not bring nuru mat, and looked way different from the photos. What pissed me off the most was that I had asked specifically about the Nuru massage mat, which the vendor confirmed will be used. After cancelling, the vendor had the cheek to tell me that towels can be used. Clearly not a professional setup.
Hello sir, first of all, you first booked for package 1 which is just a lingam massage and only use oil, the therapist is already on her way when you change your package, but luckily the therapist brought a nuru gel but not a nuru mattress since she was only expecting to do lingam, the operator explained that to you and offered a solution by using a towel instead which you agreed. And in the middle of the session you ask for extra service and even lied to the therapist that the operator told you its included with the package so obviously the therapist did not agree so you cancelled the service instead. So clearly this review is not about the gel nor the mattress but the extra service you did not get for free.
