ARE THERE ANY VERY IMPORTANT SITUATIONS THAT NEED ATTENTION?

1-) Do not have a massage on a full stomach. You can have a massage approximately 2-3 hours after eating.

2-) It is quite risky to have a massage during feverish diseases such as flu, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, during the menstrual period for women, and during the first 3 months of pregnancy.

3-) It is very risky to drink alcohol before a massage. You can drink it after the massage.
