So I just joined right now and I can see how guys leaves providers with reviews and then they can be selected only if they have reviews. Is there any screening for guys? Is there a whitelist or an okay request or anything so we can verify the guy is also on the up and up?

When you receive a message, you can provide feedback for the guy who sent the message. This feedback will be provided anonymously to other service providers when they receive a message from the same guy.
