Twitter link and photo verification

Hey there,

I just created a profile yesterday, but it would not except my Twitter name to link my tweets to my profile. I tried both my Twitter handle and my Twitter name. Could I get support on that.
My other question: for photo verification, says that you do not accept photos that do not show the whole face. However, I never show my whole face I'm any of my advertising, or my website, or on Twitter. Is this a must in that case, because I do not want to jeopardize my identity by posting my face and linking it to my service provider identity.

And on another note. When I posted this just now, it puts my "name" as whore power, when clearly this is not my name, nor do I want it to be my username. How can I change that? Is there an email address where I can ask all these questions and get a quicker response?
