I got his phone number and address
Then, 2 hours before the massage, I sent him a confirmation and he responded that he decided it was too expensive and was canceling the appointment.

When you receive a message, you can provide feedback for the guy who sent the message. This feedback will be provided anonymously to other services providers when they receive a message from the same guy.
