if u delete my profile and i pay for it now u not send money back?because u delete my add but i dont have money on my balance…

Thanks for contacting us. Yes thats correct, if you delete your listing or account you won't receive a credit refund to your Account Balance on our website.

Regarding not refunding credits, I checked everything and refunded the blocked listings credits to your Account Balance on our website. You can use those credits to upgrade your new listings or transfer them to any other account on our website.
