Fake profiles in Bahrain

Any idea how to spot fake profiles in bahrain, there r lot of Asian females who post pictures, but when you contact them they send u a completely different picture and most of them are plain mean, they don't speak properly and just abrupt. When you message them hello they say xxx bd for x hr, I understand its a business, but you have to be little polite.
