I recently posted a bad review on an escort due to a bad experience. But later the escort reached out to me, explained her medical issue and resolved it mutually.
I have mailed many times support to remove the review to help her profile and get clients.
But the message is being ignored with a standard response about "publishing a review" where as I am asking for deleting a review.

Any support staff here who can help? Thanks
