How do we verify our photos and since I live in the US will we ever be able to upgrade our account or no. Okay thank you.

There is only way for us to verify that the photos really belong to individual.
We request you to send us a photo with the person holding a piece of paper with a special number we provide, then we compare the person in the photo with the photos on the listing and if they look like the same person we mark your photos as verified.

Please follow the instructions on the verification page if you would like your listing to be verified.
If your photos are verified, your listing will appear before all the unverified ones on the list.

Due to a new law in the U.S we stopped accepting any types of upgrades or payments from U.S users for U.S. listings.

Due to your verification cheating your profile cannot be verified anymore.

If you resume your listing your profile will still be visible and upgrades will still work, but getting a Verified mark isn't possible.
Please also note that, as per the website's terms, upgrades are non-refundable.

You need to write verification code on a piece of paper and take a new photo of yourself holding that piece of paper.
