Twice now I have had notice of a personal message in my hotmail account with a link to reply back to a client who is inquiring about my services and both times the link to reply does not work. Where do I find my personal messages on here?

You can use Hotmail's "Reply" button to reply directly to the person's email.
I have asked our development team to make sure the link works in Hotmail

We currently offer no on-site messaging
