The one-hour massage begins with a good Indian head massage for 15 mins which helps blood circulation and relaxation. Post that, the back and lower back is massaged with apt pressure on all right pressure points. We then move on to hands, legs and then the front (upper & lower body). The massage ends with a good forehead massage.
