I will be guiding you through what your body needs to reach state of lightness and bliss. To reach that, I combine clinical and deep tissue techniques with breathing and sensual touches. The massage aims to let you experience your life-giving energy in waves through your whole body. It includes time for getting to know your aim and to clarify the boundaries, initial ritual, deep-tissue pressure massage, caressing and hot oil massage of your body.

🌱 The aim is to let you feel your body whole and mind careless again. To deepen your experience, we will use special breathing techniques which I’ll teach you in the beginning.
