Sometimes you want someone you can have an intelligent conversation with. Sometimes you want to laugh about something completely ridiculous. Sometimes you want a good dinner, a walk through the city, a game of tennis, or simply someone beside you who understands that you have had a long day.

I enjoy being that person.
I am an internationally raised gentleman with a naturally curious mind, an active lifestyle and a professional background that has taken me through very different worlds.

Having grown up and lived across cities including "Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong", I have been fortunate to experience different cultures from an early age. It has shaped the way I communicate, the way I understand people and, perhaps most importantly, made me very comfortable around people from different backgrounds.

I meet females aged 18+ only, and discretion, mutual respect and clear communication are essential to me.

I studied at a Top university before moving into the corporate world, where I developed a strong interest in business, technology and how people think.

Professionally, I have worked across corporate environments while also building deep expertise in IT, artificial intelligence and digital design.

I am an "AI designer and technology specialist", so if you're curious about where technology is heading, want to debate whether AI is brilliant or terrifying, or simply need someone to fix something that inexplicably stopped working five minutes ago, we will probably get along. But technology is only one part of my personality.

Sport has always been equally important to me.
I follow and understand a wide range of sports and am particularly passionate about "Tennis", which I play at a strong level. I train regularly and enjoy keeping an active lifestyle.

So conversation with me can move quite naturally from:

business to travel,
AI to relationships,
tennis to fashion,
global affairs to food,
career problems to completely pointless gossip.
And sometimes completely pointless gossip is considerably more enjoyable.

Growing up between Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and other international environments taught me something important:
People are usually much more interesting once they feel comfortable enough to stop presenting the polished version of themselves.
I enjoy discovering that side of someone.
Different cultures, different personalities and different ways of looking at life genuinely interest me.
English is my language of communication, and strong communication is probably one of my greatest strengths.

• And I am perfectly capable of having a conversation without turning it into an interview.

The male best friend you can dress up and take somewhere nice.
Someone who can join you for a sophisticated dinner but is equally comfortable finding something casual at midnight.
Someone who can discuss your business idea seriously and five minutes later help you decide which photograph you should post.
Someone who will give you an opinion when you want one — and simply listen when you don't.
I am comfortable around intelligent, independent and successful women.
There is no need to become quieter, softer or less ambitious around me.

Athletic, but capable of spending an entire afternoon doing absolutely nothing.
Technology obsessed, but still able to put my phone away.
Internationally minded, but interested in individual people rather than stereotypes.
Independent, yet attentive.
I enjoy good food, beautiful places, interesting architecture, fashion, travel, sport, design and long conversations that unexpectedly become very personal.
I also appreciate humour enormously.
If we cannot laugh together, even the most impressive restaurant becomes rather boring.

I don't believe good companionship comes from constantly trying to impress someone.
It comes from attention.
Remembering something you mentioned earlier.
Knowing when you want conversation and when you need silence.
Understanding that sometimes you want advice — and sometimes you absolutely do not.
Being comfortable enough that you don't have to manage the other person's ego.
